 On 31 May 2018, ECHA  closed its registrations : every chemical was registered.

 Here are the results : 10.708 chemicals.

 Every new chemical must not be used until its registration and every firm has to keep their dosdiers up to date !-

SINDROME DI CARRO DEL BESTIAME PER I PENDOLARI DEL TRENO ! Una nota psicologa e psicoterapeuta di Vicenza, Sabina Scattola , pendolare di oltre 50 km al giorno, ha parlato di “ sindrome da carro bestiame ”per definire la situazione di migliaia di pendolari del treno. Ecco cosa dice la dott.ssa Scattola sulla suddetta sindrome: 'Essere costretti a viaggiare per molto tempo nelle seguenti condizioni: 1)treni e autobus in ritardo, 2)coincidenze che saltano, 3)sovraffollamento e scarse condizioni igieniche, 4)rumori e suoni disturbanti in ambienti caotici dove le distanze prossemiche non sono minimamente rispettate, 4) viaggio sia di a/r si presenta sempre carico di molte incognite e variabili intervenienti, di cui il pendolare ha scarso potere di controllo e tanto meno di padronanza o intervento (condizione di impotenza). non può che alterare l’equilibrio mentale e rendere il soggetto più vulnerabile ad attacchi di rabbia, di ira.
